Swinger

Swinging has been around for quite a long time, being referenced as far back as the ancient Phonecians & Greeks, among other cultures. The French were some of the first to bring this sort of behavior into the modern mainstream in the 1910s & 20s, engaging in orgies & sex parties that definitely would classify as swinging. These parties had singles and married couples of all ages & walks of life meeting up to discover each other in all sorts of carnal ways.

Moving up to the present, swinging culture is as popular as it ever ways, with folks even having “key parties” back in the conservative 50s & 60s. And, just like most alternative lifestyles, the invention of the Internet helped in dramatically growing these communities, with many individuals realizing that, instead of feeling alone in their “less than average” desires, there were entire groups of like-minded folks all over the world.

Since this subculture has such a large community, there are an incredible amount of websites dedicated to helping these people meet and have a bit of NSA fun. Here, we’ve put together a list of just a few of these sites, in the hopes that swingers across the country will be able to make their dreams come true.

The List of Swinger Dating Networks of 2019

Here’s a list of the best sites for swingers looking to connect with other couples or singles…

1) Swinglifestyle.com

First up today is Swing Lifestyle, otherwise known as SLS. This site has been going strong since 2001 and has always tried to advertise itself as an “alternative lifestyle dating” site, as opposed to catering so specifically to swingers.

Registration tends to be quite simple, with users providing just a username a couple of basic pieces of info and a few photos.

Once you’ve finished registering, you can start checking out member profiles. Typical search options on Swing Lifestyle bring up categories such as partner swapping, threesomes, orgies, and voyeurism among others, which is a bit more “out there” than some of the site’s contemporaries.

Swing Lifestyle reports a consistent member usage of roughly 5000 members on any given month, which makes for a smaller-yet-committed membership base. The site also seemingly does a stellar job of keeping the male to female ratio at or around 50%, with some members having to wait before being granted access.

Due to the strong community here, Swing Lifestyle also tends to be a great way to skate by the website’s “pay-to-play” model, with many members circumventing the limited chat for free users by communicating via Kik or Snapchat. While not an official part of the site’s design, the reviews would indicate that for its members, this is how they generally do things.

While may not the most traditional swinger site out there, Swing Lifestyle offers quite a bit in an unassuming package, which is what made us put in on our list.

2) Kasidie.com

While some swinging site tries to proclaim their use for more than just the typical group sex scenarios, Kasidie is completely different in that its focus is primarily on sex, and everything related to sex. They proclaim themselves as “Sexually social,” which can be seen proudly displayed pretty much everywhere on the site.

Signup here is offered for both individuals & couples, meaning that married swingers can jointly maintain their accounts, something we thought was a nice touch. As you fill out your profile, you’ll see more & more content that screams “sex first,” like profile questions regarding all manner of sexual proclivity & kink. There’s not a ton regarding the typical stuff like family, hobbies, etc., but again, that’s exactly what Kasidie wants to avoid.

Photos are the same way, with Kasidie actively encouraging its users to add nude or sexually explicit material to their profiles. This makes sense on a swinging site but is almost necessary for Kasidie and their sex-centric worldview.

To keep things friendly & active, Kasidie offers regular live events for its users to meet & mingle at. These include club events that occur locally, along with national events that some may travel from state to state to enjoy, as well as full-on international events, like nudist festivals in France, or the word-famous “Sexy Olympics” that occur in Jamaica annually.

In addition to their live events, members can also use more traditional options like messaging, email, & video chat as they try to find folks that match their interests.

While not for everyone, Kasidie is the perfect package for those who’re sexually minded and ready to find some action.

3) Swingers Date Club (or SDC.com)

SDC is easily the oldest site on our list, first getting started back in 1999. Its user base is over three million strong, with most users being found in either the United States or the Netherlands, where the company’s base of operations is located.

Registration is once again fairly standard, taking just a few minutes to answer questions about your marital status, swinging preferences, and more. This is also when you’ll add photos, but keep in mind that SDC takes up to 72 hours to verify images for new users. Verification is easy too, using the standard email-response methods. One thing worth mentioning is that users have to option of creating a “business” profile, which is likely for what you’d expect; escort services.

Something we immediately appreciated about SDC is their openness to queer culture, in addition to the many facets of the LGBTQ+ community. Being inclusive when alternative sex lifestyles are concerned is a huge part of building a solid community online.

While SDC is predominantly pay-to-play, they offer a 7-day trial membership for free, which is both cheaper & longer than many other sites in this category. Paid features are still somewhat limited during this phase, but at the very least potential users are able to get a strong sense of what a premium membership will provide them with.

SDC does away with complicated matching algorithms as well, which means that searching is your only source of potential dates here. Something we noticed and appreciated regarding profiles was that, while they don’t attack you with a ton of questions right away, the option exists to put a lot of details into your profile. This goes beyond normal questionnaires, and really gives users the chance to learn about their potential partner before choosing to reach out.

In addition to their search function, there are other standard offerings like chat rooms, messaging options, and forums, all of which serve as great community-based options for finding a lover or two.

While a bit all over the place, SDC is a great contender in the swinging scene. Their offerings cover just about every sexual subset imaginable, and that’s why we included it here.
